Quincy jones actually said both, Tech N9ne is like the charley parker of rap. that was in the epk video. and i saw he said hes like the michael jackson of rap too, i dont remember were i saw that one. ive read soo many Tech N9ne articules, i dont really remember. can somebody refresh my memory and to let da slacker know.
