One question, was the CD released as shown on your auction with an ordinary jewel case, or was is a slimline case, as the picture on the blog indicates? the buyer did not show a picture of any back tray, but since he has done that for every other CD listed on his page, it looks like this particular CD only came with a front inlay, inside a slimline case. A lot of ebay sellers who sells underground and CDR releases that come in slimline cases transfer the cover to ordinary jewel cases when they take the picture, just to make it look like it has a back tray card (which again indicates that it is an official release). If this is the case with this CD, then I would say that you're not so innocent because you have showed a picture of something that is not the correct item.

Yeah. You're right. I know now to say it specifically, but doesn't some of that fall on the buyer? I mean, I don't bid on things that I don't know about. I've sold that same CD 7 times and on the last copy that I happend to have, I luck up and get some maniac. Here's the funny thing. I told Thatwinz69 to send the CD back for a full refund and he totally refused to. I was like, why not? He said that he doesn't have time and you better refund me my money within 5 hours or else. I told this crazy, deranged foo' that he had to follow my refund policy just like anybody else. My refund policy is posted on each and every one of my auctions. He refused to do so. Why? I mean, you're going to get your money back in full and you don't want to send it back? What type of shit is that? Am I wrong? You can't go to the local music store in your town and demand and I mean DEMAND your money back with out bringing the merchandise back to the store. What make me any different from the store? In all honesty, I believe that he was trying to have his cake and eat it too. Pull one over on me. If you don't like the damn thing...why not send it back for your money? Does that make any sense to anybody? That's not it, but I will stop there. I'm damn near ready to post all of his and my emails on this site so you guys can see how damn ignorant this Mutha is. In all of that...I still kept my coo' and remained respectful to him even though his request were foolish. He went as far to say that he would send it back, but only if he could leave feedback first. Now what the fuck type of shit is that? I don't understand his thinking. I just want to put all seller on notice about his antics.

thats why i just sold King JC - Vol. 9 by now, i got about 5-7 Playalistic (yes Everlast-N-Drama too) release that are cdr but i got it from JC directly, so im feeling like yall (or most ) in here to me its legit if it comes from the artist. Anyway this dude a fucking idiot that should first get his infos then calling others bootleggers on pages and shit. Just had to make a nice comment on his fucking blog.

yeah u ALWAYS gotta watch that shit, i've been lucky enough 90% of the time to recognize when it's a cdr.. even if it is silk screened/thermal printed i mention it. eBay recognize now that not all cdr releases are bootlegs so they're cool with it. Unless some punk reports you cause he's a dickhead. Someone did that to 5.0 :dead:

Sincere, did Black Hole Posse re-release their catalog as cdrs? Seen a lot of their shit pop up again.. Denver love as a cd-r supposedly..

Ordinary case, because that's what it came with. Yes, it has a back insert and everything. It was the total package.

cdr = cdr

what u want from me? No to be honest i didnt pay 40 bucks, i bought it for 10 (but if u one of these youngstars that where 10 years old by that time or didnt know your shit back then - bad luck 4 ya do u think i apologize for not being that dumb? lol and u prolly wont pay 40 bucks - good 4 ya, but i seen ug tapes go for 150 bucks so its not your decission its peoples decission so just stf or think before answering) but u already recognzied after 10 years that its not the seller that bids on items, or is it you thats so fucking dumb? So go fuck with somebody else........dont have time for shit talk goodbye have a nice day....and when i sell some stuff i always put up pics of it (ask Triton he is French and didnt say shit after he purchased it from me, talking bout King JC #9).

Yes and No. Yes they did re-release a couple of their CD and yes DENVER LOVE and Sounds Of Murder. Another seller use to sell'em to a lot of ya'll all the time until I brought it to light by mentioning the difference b/ween the 2 in my auctions and my now closed store. The only difference was the disc. The disc's of the Re-Release are CD-R's with print on them and of course the OG's are silver bottoms. The re-releases are official (Because the come fromthe artist themselves), but as most of us are collectors and collectors usually wouldn't want a re-release over the OG. Since I exposed this situation, the other seller quit selling the re-released versions (which you can't find those anymore either). That's why you've seen the price of the OG's go way up again. If you see me selling any BHP stuff...it's only going to be the OG's.

What do you think about the fact that he didn't want to send the CD back for a full refund? Is it me or is that strange?
It ain't strange at all. I think that despite it being on a CD-R, in the end, he still thought the CD was tight. Tight enough for hm to keep it.

I've bought CDs before and didn't know ahead of time that they were released only on CD-R. But the fact that the shit was still tight, and DID sound like an official press, more than made up for it. So I was a satisfied costumer in the end.
