i feel sorry for you with the insuracne process thru fed-ex...
imo, go thru your insurance company first, pay your deductible, and have them subro fed ex for your deductible and rental car expenses...
if you wait and go thru fed ex, they gotta do they own investigation on there side, get the drivers statement, asses your vehicle's damage, etc..
that could take 1 month at the least..but if you can wait that long..then go thru fed-ex...
you got all his info right: vehicle number, insurance info, plate, name of driver?
