i got my own recipe the shit goes summin like this...
3 small chopped tomatoes
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 table spoons chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno chopped (seeded/de-veined if you dont want it spicy)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced sweet onions
1 table spoon chopped parsely
3 table spoons chicken bouillion flavor
throw all that in a blender with a lil chicken stock and liquidate it
let it sit while you make the rice.
put some vegetable oil in a saute pan and about 1/2 cup rice on medium-high,
fry the rice until ALL of the rice is CRISPY AND BROWN. When it is fried, add the above sauce and then 3-4 cups chicken broth and let sit covered on low for about 30 mins.
Cook white rice with a bouyon(spelled right?) cube I believe, I gotta ask my mom she used to make it all the time. And if you want to know the name, I've heard it called Spanish, Mexican or orange rice so look up recipes for those.
