JUST ADD A TABLESPOON OF OIL TO 2 CUPS OF RICE AND LIKE FRY OR SAUTEE IT TILL IT ALL GETS COATED WIT THE OIL AND IT STARTS TO SIZZLE AND COOK...THEN JUST ADD A CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE...AND ADD SUM GARLIC SALT AND MAYBE A LIL WATER AND STIR IT AROUND(AT THIS TIME U CAN ADD CHOPPED SMALL PIECES OF POTATOE,AND/OR ADD SUM CORN OR SUM CHOPPED CARROTS AND PEAS OR JUST LEAVE IT AS IS, AND LET IT SIMMER TILL THE WATER AND EVERYTHING IS EVAPORATED AND THEN UR GOOD TO GO....1!
