Looks like it could be a company paid for it's employees' dinners?? My dad's work does this all the time when they travel around and they buy everything they can cause the company pays for it all.

fatty tip

be crazy to be a waiter and be in an upper class tax bracket. im sure you can't expect bills like those every time though not everyone going there is ordering 7 bottles of the most expensive shit . the spaghetti and a lot of the other things on the bill are fairly inexpensive. also the bill is for 6 people so that adds up quick. anyone see water or iced tea on that bill?

12 dollars for a large water

and yea most people wont spend that much but if you happen to get one of those a year also i think gratuity is included no matter what size party you have so every time someone orders one of those 5000 dollar a glass wine you get 1000 dollar tip

Gratuity is always included, but people will even tip on top of that from time to time.

The gratuity is split between a bunch of people.

The waiters there are doing nice, but considering the living expense in NYC they're no russian billionaires.

No, you don't. lol. You have to know the flavors of the wine, and every dish that goes well with each type. You also have to know the body and aromas, and be able to spew them out on demand.

If the wine tastes like oak with a hint of cherry, you need to know that. It might be GREAT with a T-Bone, but not recommended with Filet Mignon...ya dig?
