Stole this from another forum but I haven't seen it one here. This is just a major fail.

On a side note my dad had a problem getting a lock off of a MKIII Jetta he had and just welded a piece of rod to it and got it right off. Took a while to get a good enough weld but it is better than hacking the wheel off.
