That is what I am guessing.

I guess he really isn't a "celebrity" but I read in Money magazine (I was at the dentist office) a couple months back that in these units of time how much money Bill Gates has averaged since 1986--

One second - $46.32

Four seconds - $185.30 (they put this in because it is the amount of time it takes someone to pick up a penny off the ground)

One minute - $2,779.59

One hour - $166,775.89

One day - $4,002,621.36

One week - $28,018,349.58

One year - $1,460,956,799.55

That was from when his net worth was $28,172,749,819.68.

Some of the money was rounded to the nearest tenth...but you get the idea of how much the man makes....shit is crazy for real.
