How is the new AP. 9 and Gonzoe album?

you are both correct. the best gangsta shit came out in the late 80's early 90's, with NWA, south central cartel, comptons most wanted, ice cube, and many others from the period. they dont make trax like that anymore. as far as this record goes, its as good as it gets for a bay area gangsta record. i aint a big hyphy fan so this album was a breath of fresh air for me, since i'm such a huge fan of both ap9 and gonzoe this record was perfect for me. i only wish it was longer, but every track is dope.
you're right 100% t-rip... this album is outstanding. since when has anyone on earth EVER called rob lo production wack? i aint never heard rob lo and wack in the same sentence. also murdoc did one of the tightest songs of the year on there. ( u dont love me) i produced 3 of the tracks on there, ( wartime, i'm the man, whats goin on) and i know my shit slaps. as far as quality, it was recorded in gonzoes studio and was mastered by assassin and the quality is outstanding. last but not least, gonzoe is one of the best rappers in all of cali, if he wasnt he would have been discovered by ice cube, then by tupac and he wouldnt be the right hand man to yuk..... the only thing someone can say is its too short at 40 mins. 14 songs.

I can easily call it "wack." The production on this album is hella weak to me. And if those are Rob Lo beats then he must've given them his throw-aways because them are some of the shittiest Rob Lo beats I've ever heard. Rob Lo probably my favorite producer in the whole Bay too so go figure...

gangsta rappers in the bay are everywhere... ap9 is one of the biggest gangsta rappers on the planet. also yukmouth, spice 1, b-legit, assassin, turf, lil bruce, celly cel, rbl posse, ya boy, and even 4tay. yes, i agree that we are way different than southern cal because we dont bang the same way they do, but we have some of the hardest spitters in cali from the bay.luni, messy, hollow tip, mob figaz, i call all of these gangsta rappers.the hyphy thing is in right now, but dont get it twisted, the gangsta shit is alive and well and will come around again.
as far as gonzoe, he's born and raised south central rollin 60's crip, but he been reppin the bay for many years as the backbone of the regime and in my opinion, nobody spits gangsta shit like gonz, he paints pictures of street life that most of us will never understand. i believe hes one of the best rappers on the whole westcoast....

thats MOBB Muzik, the Bay aint never claimed any Gangs...its always been about the 600mobb 700mobb 800mobb...even the Dubbz, its mobb not a gang. why would you think its gansta??? ask anybody from the town "who's your favorite gangsta rap artist"? and they'll say...Cube,Eazy,Snoop, or Ice T, not AMW or 3XKRAZY...as a matter of fact, hit KEak on Myspace and ask him if he's ever considered himself a Gangsta Rapper??
