yup just practice a lot. write alot. Try not to sound exactly like someone else. Get tight beats. I think the Beats you use have alot to do with making hits. The beats gotta be a hit without the words already. then lace it up with some fire. Read the dictionary so you can make sure your shit makes sense. oh yeah and don't always talk about how hard you are and how many fools you've killed or bitches you've slaped or hoes you've fucked or how ballin you are. Basicly be original. Oh yeah pray too. I always pray to be blessed with dope rhymes.

i didn't open a dictionary for this one, but having an expanded vocabulary definitely helps you articulate what you are trying to get across. making the listener think is a good thing if you ask me
