Median income is $60,000 which I know isn't quite as high as it might look b/c 1) it's the Bay, the cost of living is high and 2) they're probably missing some people.

But it also isn't Richmond, Vallejo, Oakland, Castroville or East Palo Alto, so like I said, a good place to live for medium income folks b/c it's better than the alternatives.

B/C I've been there and it was very very memorable for how poor it was.

My uncle lives there.. The town is so small you can walk thru it and see the whole thing in about 20 minutes. I don't recall it looking very poor. Then again, I'm from the 'hood' so not too many places look 'poor' to me. Take a look at Watsonville..
