How do 9er fans feel about Garcia's success?

@ xpanther.. Gilroy is not exactly the place to go if you wanna get away from the rough spots in the Bay. It's a small town, but shit goes down real deep. Morgan Hill on the other hand..

Median income is $60,000 which I know isn't quite as high as it might look b/c 1) it's the Bay, the cost of living is high and 2) they're probably missing some people.

But it also isn't Richmond, Vallejo, Oakland, Castroville or East Palo Alto, so like I said, a good place to live for medium income folks b/c it's better than the alternatives.

^^ya 60,000 is wrong i think the bays median income is $55,000 and gilroys is $62,000

My uncle lives there.. The town is so small you can walk thru it and see the whole thing in about 20 minutes. I don't recall it looking very poor. Then again, I'm from the 'hood' so not too many places look 'poor' to me. Take a look at Watsonville..
