does anyone know if you should get a specific QUALITY of rgb cable? i dont really know about it like that, but i see some are gold plated etc etc
is paying more for a cable going to help protect my tv?
Does your TV have a pc input on it? DVI or VGA if so don't even use the RGBs. If you have a DVI port for your graphics card then you can get a DVI-HDMI adapter and still get good quality resolutions. If your TV doesn't really support PC resolutions the graphics wont look very great, especially with RGBs.
I haven't used a regular monitor in forever, I can't stand sitting at a computer desk so sitting on the couch using my pc is way more comfortable. Not to mention playing old ROMs is the shit with it hooked up like that and having a huge music playlist, always hooked up to my surround sound set on shuffle, that can play for hours without having to press skip is nice. Yea but definitely need wireless mouse and keyboard for it to be efficient.
