i'm gonna speak my mind and this is my opinion,i've done a lot of research on this kinda shit so this is where i'm comin from, short and to the point: i think that's alot of bullshit right there: first the article----- IF U HAVEN'T READ WHAT MR. CLEEN SAID THEN READ IT AGAIN CUZ HIS REPLY IT DEAD ON.

AS FAR AS THE OTHER REPLIES, I DON'T BUY INTO THAT BS ABOUT THE GOVT. HOLDING MINORITIES DOWN. IF U WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL, U CAN. GO TO SCHOOL, GO TO COLLEGE, GET A DEGREE, GET A GOOD JOB! ALTHOUGH SOME PEOPLE ARE BROUGHT UP INTO SHITTY SITUATIONS, I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE FROM S.F. WHERE I AM AT GO ON AND DO GOOD SHIT.

ONE OF MY GOOD FRIENDS LIVED IN DOUBLE ROCK IN HUNTER'S POINT. HE ACTUALLY WENT TO SCHOOL, MOVED ON TO COLLEGE AND GOT A DEGREE AND NOW HE HAS SOOOO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. HE WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE OF HIS HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. IF U REALLY WANT IT U COULD DO IT. I'M NOT FEELIN THIS WHOLE CONSPIRACY THEORY ABOUT THE GOVT. MAKING SURE THAT MINORITIES STAY DOWN. IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WTF WAS AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR. IN FACT THAT HELD A LOT OF THE MORE QUALIFIED NON-MINORITIES OUT OF JOBS!! NOT MUCH MORE TO SAY, THAT'S REAL TALK THOUGH.

Agreed, whatever their [GVT] plans, anyone in America can do what they want in life, not sayin it'll be easy, but if they work hard & stay in school, they can do it.

IF YOUR ROTTEN YOUR ROTTEN IF YOUR NOT YOUR NOT.
IF YOU WANT 2 CHANGE FOR THE BETTER YOU CAN.
AS FOR ME MY MOTHER TRIED 2 RAISE ME RIGHT.
ITS NOT HER FAULT I TURNED OUT THE WAY I DID.
AND IF ANYONE HAS 2 BLAME SOMEONE OR SOMETHING,
FOR HOW THEIR LIFE TURNED OUT,ITS REALITY CHECK TIME.
EVERYONES RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS,RIGHT OR WRONG.

^ I really wondered what you would have to say about this one!!!

Actually, I didn't read more than a paragraph, too much to read right now and not enough time.

But, pimping underage girls is wrong. When a girl hits 18, she can legally make adult decisions (even though there are 16 year olds more mature than some 21 year olds, but thats besides the point). I have girls that want to get some of this money that I get, but they're only 17. I tell them to come see me when they turn 18.

I have alot of views about the bullshit that young brothers buy into, and what the media sells. I have very deep views about the bullshit these young fucks think is cool, when they don't realize they're just playing into someone else's game.

Young cats think it's cool to rap about shooting each other, disrespecting young women, selling poison to thier own people, and running out on their responsiblities as a man (when they father a child).

Some fools think they are "keeping it real" and "telling it how it is" and continue to perpetuate this nonsense. The only people getting rich are the people who are not affected. These executives are sitting behind their desks watching "niggers & spics" play right into the script.

Guess what dumbshits - THEY WANT YOUR IGNORANT ASS IN PRISON!! The legally modern form of slavery in the U.S. is the Prison Industries. Niggers, spics, gooks, and white trash are the slaves. From fighting forest fires, to building corporate office furniture, to manning customer service centers - you are legal slaves. Your shitty wages you make seem good because your behind the wall, but in reality you're being pimped. Prison labor is dirt cheap, and the more prisoners, the larger the cheap labor pool. The more prisoners, the more staff needed to watch over them - thus the more jobs created. The more jobs created, the bigger the budget for the Prison Industry.

The more money for the Prison Industry, the more clout they have and the more powerful lobbyists they can afford. The more powerful lobbyists & more clout the Correctional Officer's union's have - the more laws and sentences to put your ignorant ass behind the wall.

The more of us they can keep behind the wall, the more famlies they can break apart.

The more families they break apart, the higher chance of this whole pattern repeating itself.

We have a generation of young brothers & sisters more concerned with keeping up with the latest fashions than keepin up with their schooling. And it's mainly people of color. The more TV you watch, the dumber you become. Free your mind. Turn your TV off, read.

I will be out here in the streets soon, because this is an election year, and it's crucial everyone cast a vote this year. I'll be at the malls, with a table, registering young people of color to vote, and stressing the importance that their voice & opinion be heard. Look for me, I ain't hard to find.

"...For my people walking blindly spreading joy, losing time being lazy, sleeping when hungry, shouting when burdened, drinking when hopeless, tied and shackled and tangled among ourselves by the unseen creatures who tower over us omnisciently and laugh;

...Let a new earth rise. Let another world be born. Let a bloody peace be written in the sky. Let a second generation full of courage issue forth; let a people loving freedom come to growth. Let a beauty full of healing and a strength of final clenching be the pulsing in our spirits and our blood. Let the martial songs be written, let the dirges disappear. Let a race of men now rise and take control."

Kage spittin the real though.....i been tellin people the same shit...

Majority of prisons in America are Corparate owned.....these companies are building and buyin institutions for the sole purpose of cheap labor.....modern day slavery.....

And yeah everyone do got a chance ta make somethin of themselves but some people have a 90% chance while others gotta deal wit a 10% chance.....

Look at the facts.....

Schools are funded by local real estate tax......so if a school is in a poor area where the income is low and the taxes paid isnt much that school will recieve minimal funding.....outdated books....less wages for teachers which leads to less qualified teachers cuz the better qualified one takin jobs for better pay....man ive seen 22 year old pimps n drug dealers that got them a couple credits at the community college and barely met the requirements ta teach Junior Hgh than step out the school straight ta the blocc ta collect thier paper......all of this leads to a child not learnin at the same level as a kid wit rich parents who goes to the Private Academy with up to date books, top notch computers & University Grad Teachers.....

These kids do get influenced by music and TV cuz they dont know no better....most of them have only one parent who works and isnt around much.......so they aint learnin shit at home or school.....so they hear some gangsta/pimp shit....see it on the corner in real lilfe...and thas all they know.....then they turn 18 and if they luccy they graduated but most of em dropped out of school.....a lot of em already been through the criminal court system......so even if they try ta get a job they dont qualify for nuttin but Burger King or some other low payin shit.....they slang or pimp on the side.....end up gettin locced up as an adult and the whole pattern is played out to its purpose......

Many will say its an excuse but like i said look at the facts....and im not talkin about minorities only.....im talkin about poor peeps in general.....look at the past life of prisoners in any state.....im sure the bigger percentage of them came from this scenerio.....look at the most successful people in America......the bigger percentage of them came from the opposite scenerio....its really not hard ta see....

Only way this gonna change is if people stop being blind to tha fact.....on the positive note there are many more kids these days that are learnin better cuz they seen the drama unfold wit someone in thier family/nieghborhood already......hopefully these kids can make the change....but at the same time there is the next generation after them thas gonna be real fucced up....and thas the kids our generation is givin birth to right now.....i know way too many single mothers and deadbeat dads who dont give a shit about their kids and its sad ta think of how they gonna turn out....
