I am not counting any eggs, at the beginning of the year I predicted 8-8 or 10-6, depending on how well we did in the AFC West. I stick by that.

It is all about accountability in the NFL. The Raiders locker room is holding players accountable. Our numbers and chances are as good as any at this point, considering how up and down teams have been this year. We have to play against playoff quality teams down the stretch, so only time will tell whether or not we have arrived. I think if the Raiders stay healthy, we will win the AFC West hands down. SD will be our only competition. KC and Denver will fight for last place. We have to take one game at a time and JUST WIN BABY!
