Which cameras are good and decently priced for someone that's picking up on photography? Is it possible to pickup a good camera at about $600? List your cams.

Im not too sure what the Rebel comes with for a lens. But both the 20D and the D70 come with a pretty nice potrait lens I know the D70 is a 18-70mm and I believe the D20 is a notch below that . You should also now be able to pick up Nikon AF Nikkor 70-300mm (telephoto) for under $200 now.

But the lens that the D70 and the 20D come with are perfect for shooting subjects (rappers, concerts, landscapes)

I bought a Rebel XT and it came with a 18-55mm lens. When you progress you are going to want different lenses such as a macro lens (for small upclose objects). As far as recommendations I don't know too much about specific models but I'd try to find a Nikon or Canon digital SLR.

I also use a Rebel XT SLR. I love it. But I'm currentitaly looking at other Canon options. I'm looking into getting a Canon EOS 20D, any good? I got about 3 grand to blow on new photography equipment. I'm going to get a Canon EF 28-135mm and a
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 Image Stabilized, same question as before, any good?

TUNEZ_PWP Ea. Photo has gone trough a few adjustments. (so more than others and you should be able to tell). But most we just adjust our levels brightness and contrast so on. When we shoot in a studio though. Almost no adjustments are made what so ever.

Here are a few with my D70
