Yea, I saw it about 7 months ago. I had to watch it like 2 or 3 times just to understand what was fully going on. The movie is filled with colors that are perfect for your component conection, and I could have done for more action, but it was directed very well. Some people may not feel the same way I do, but to each his/her own.

Yeap just got it yesterday, watched it and it is tight. The thing I like most about it is they have females in there doing some off the chain fighting. Woman Power!

But that scene where the two women are fighting and the leaves just keep getting kicked up, they could have left all that for the birds.

Saw it months ago. Gunna buy it soon.
Absolutely...the director appreantly has a bunch of titles under his belt...that was his first "kung-fu" type movie...and he has another one that i beleuve us out in China right now...cmin to the US on the 17th...called "House Of Flying Daggers"...the main character is the female who played Moon in "Hero"...apperantly HOFD is supposed to be BETTER than Hero...im stoked..

Hero was also the most expensive movie ever produced in China's history...

Yeah. I said that they must have done it for there people mostly. Because of the language and just certain things I noticed. The next movie, they need to make it to where you can choose the language cause F** all that reading I was geeked watching it a couple of times I had to rewind a scene to make sure I read it right, cause if you don't keep up with the subtitles you will be LOST!

^Yeah I saw the preview, it looks like it's going to be a very good movie. That chick from Hero, broken swords bitch, is the star I believe, she on crouching tiger, hidden dragon too.

I bought hero in April of 2003 at a hong kong movie store down here. Very good movie. Didn't stop me from going to the cinemas when it came out. I am a big Jet Li fan though.

I prefer it subtitled. I can't stand when there mouths move and the words don't come out right. I find it real annoying. I am a quick reader though so I don't miss much action reading.

Got that house of flying daggers just the other day. Haven't peeped it out yet. I will report back on what it was like and how it compares to hero after I have seen it.
