Help With A Movie Title

im trying to think of this movie title. i remember watchin it when i was a kid. probaly early 90's. about some kid who had a monster under his bed. and every time he went to sleep the thing would come out and act a fool. the kids shoes and clothes and shit would always disappear and end up under the bed. this shit is buggin me...i cant think of the name of this movie..
