Help wit Ebay

Aight So I finally get Signed up for Paypal.I decide to buy something and officially use my Paypal for the firsty time. So I pay[Aug.16] and everything and right after I pay,This muthafucka isn't a registered user nomore. I also try to message him through the Email the payment was going to, "Undentified User/Email". I don't know what to do from here,Should I wait couple days to see if he sends it or should I report it to Paypal or Ebay? Any help is appreciated,Thanks!

Private usually means they have something to hide. I dont fuck with anyone under 100 ratings unless they have 0 negative and have never got jacked. I have ordered probably close to 80 items.

Okay,So What I did was Call Paypal.I tried to cancel the payment but it will not clear until Aug.21st. They couldnt cancel it and toldme to call my bank. I called my bank and they couldn't cancel it either. I filled a complaint with Paypal,And my Bank so now I just have to wait.
