help w/ computer music programs...pleeease help!

peep game ppl...i am looking for a program for the pc that would allow you to take a song and edit the lyrics out so i am left with the instrumental by itself...then i want to burn it onto a cd...

which program do i need?

i went to frys and one guy reccomended a program called MUSIC MAKER 7.0...
then some other guy reccomended something called ACID TECH 3.0...
then there is one for 5 bucks....5 BUCKS!...but even the employee didnt know what it id...it was called PLAY R.

what do you ppl suggest i get?...the prce range for these programs was $5 to $60...something under a washington is cool....something basic.

lol I work for officemax and i can tell you as an employee i do know my shit and i have delt with customers who wanted me to call frys to make sure its a legit price. frys people told me, "SO THE CUSTOMER THINKS WE HAVE A CHEAPER PRICE HUH, WHAT A IDIOT" I couldnt belive that shit. Anyhow someone please help him. I am sorry I do not know either but I felt the story was relivent.

goto download.com and get a program called Gold Wave

its an audio editor. you can remove vocals, make snippets, and lots more. you can fuck around with the pitch and make the song sound "screwed" too. pretty cool, plus its free.

Cool Edit pro is a good program, use Kazaa and download all these programs and fuck with the one u like, thats my advice
