I was recently in Houston and New Orleans and for some reason nobody uses the word HELLA, people would be like "Do you still say Hella Tight? i just look at them like "yeah, what the fuck do you say?" just wondering who use the word HELLA outside of cali. or is it strictly a Cali based word.
