Thizzonline is the same as eBay user gabriela707 aka 80 West Music aka Jay Tee from N2Deep. He's totally legit and ships fast as hell. The reason why the Thizz releases are so cheap is because they're promo's with hole punches through the upc code. If you're cool with that then it's a great website.

It means that the cd cant be sold in stores, and is meant for promotion. So i guess thats why they arnt full retail price...
