Harbaugh is as solid as it gets....The front office that everyone has been bashing these last couple days over the GM hiring and Jed york decisions...Went to bat and got it done.......

I'm glad he's staying in the bay area...I wish it was on the other side of the bridge but o well....Picking up harbaugh in oakland was the only way our organization could have justified letting cable go (IMO)...Unless we get cowher or gruden..But thats not gonna happen......

When harbaugh took over at stanford they had 1 win....And he just led them to a 12-1 record and a BCS game......Hell stanford is hard to get in to so he's was working with minimal talent........

This guy is a winner......he will win in frisco......GREAT PICK UP...
good shit!

Luck still has 2 college season 2 go i think...
really? so I guess he really does want to complete his entire years of school before leaving for tha NFL... honestly Luck most likely fucked him self, who knows if stanford will even have winning seasons now with a new coach.. I def. dont see Luck becoming a #1 pick at all anymore

what's the fuss over this guy? The only time he was tight was when he was a Bear.

That's right, another Bears legend to head coach your miserable team. Too bad Bears players are only good in Chicago.

Maybe after Jim fails in a few years Richard Dent will be available.
this is the Harbaugh i remember:

From 1994 to 1997, Harbaugh quarterbacked the Indianapolis Colts, and in 1995, achieved career highs in completion percentage (63.7) and touchdown passes (17). While with the Colts, during the 1995–96 NFL playoffs he led the team to the AFC Championship game and came within one dropped Hail Mary pass of taking the Colts to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1970. In 1995, he was voted to the Pro Bowl, was named Comeback Player of the Year and AFC Player of the Year, and was runner-up in the NFL MVP voting. With the Colts, Harbaugh completed 746 of 1,230 passes for 8,705 yards and 49 touchdowns and won the NFL passer rating title in 1995 with a rating of 100.7. In January 2005, Harbaugh was inducted into the Indianapolis Colts Ring of Honor as one of the most successful and popular players in the club's Indianapolis era.

But he paid millions for Jamarcus and DHB based on one good season and speed, and your words... "College doesnt always translate to the pros" (sorry had to pull that card out on you lol)

SOOOOOO FUCKING EXCITED! the players will be behind him, wont be "playing scared" like Vernon said, he'll find himself a qb he likes and groom him, we have good pieces in place for the type of O he wants to run, very good move, a good change of pace, im excited for the draft, and fuck you negative Raider fans, i actually felt bad for yall losing Cable, a lot of the players were behind him, yall went 8-8 and 6-0 in the west after having soo many 11 loss seasons thats muyyy bueno, but nope al like to fuck with your continuity and it looks like another 11 losses next season, fuck you haters! GO NINERS!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy... But I am not gonna be a delutional fan and say some dumb shit that can be copy and pasted in sig's arcoss siccness like " We going to the play play offs" or "NFC west is ours now"....

We still need A QB badly. We need to see how hurt Gore really is. And we need to get some more help on defense i.e. the secondary and up front. Hopefully Harbaugh will be the guy that can plug in and mix and match and get players in to fill our voids.

Just know this, Harbaugh is a partial fix but our problems are still looming. Remember, the chalk lines and yard markers is where it counts. The coach has never sacked a QB or thrown a TD pass.

I am happy though for sure.
