man, the last few days have fuckin sucked. i went into the ER the other day becuz my lungs were hurting when i breathed in, they been hurting for like 4 days straight. so they run a bunch of tests (EKG, Echocardiograph, chest X-rays) and tell me i have a lil fluid in my lungs. and so then they look at the echocardiograph (ultrasound of my heart) again, and find that my heart isnt pumping as hard as it should be, almost half the strength it should be. so they admit me overnight.

next day they told me i had congestive heart failure. so i have to be on meds to strengthen my heart again and build up its muscles. they said i was lucky i came in and they found it, cuz if i would of waited it would of been all bad.

I gotta be on a low salt diet, which fucking sucks. and the pills im taking make me feel hella tired. i got no sleep in the hospital for two nights cuz they kept coming in and checking my vitals like every two hours.

so thats my story. i gotta make a lifestyle change, i havent smoked or drank since sunday. just glad to be alive

The fluid in the lungs is a symptom of congestive heartfailure, that's why they checked his heart..good thing u went in when did!
U'll be feeling hella fatigued for a while, that's another symptom.....

coreg lisinopril for bloodpressure coumadin is a blood thinner.
yup. coreg and lisinopril takes some workload off the heart and strengthens it. and yea, i've been on coumadin for 9 years now, i had open heart surgery in '99 and had my aorta valve replaced with a mechanical one. so i have to take coumadin for the rest of my life.
