Got my refund check today...

I got $860. I avoided paying taxes til now b/c I was paid in cash before mostly... anyone else get theirs yet?

I forgot to mention that I e-filed it and got direct deposit which takes two weeks on average...

I cant file until the beginning of April.. but I should get (knocks on wood) between $4000-$7000 since I'm filing for two years this year..

I did mine electronically, but they said they wanted last years tax return as well in order to efile and have that shit direct deposit. I couldnt find that shit, so I still gotta wait weeks anyway for my return.

For anyone interested, I just found a link where you can check the status of your refund check.... https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp Mine says it should be to me by March 29th, 2005....so since it says it'll be here BY this date, I'm hopin that means in the next day or two lol...

I've only mailed mine once.. and was calling that 1-800 # to check the status every damn week.. it took almost 3 months.. I've filed electronic every year since.. twice I've picked up my check in 5-7 business days (costs big bread if I remember right) and now I just get direct deposit in 14 days.. you save more money if you wait the 14 days..

The IRS got a free link on their site.. I had it posted it up but I'm sooo tired .. too tired tonight to dig it up.. I'm sure one of these savages on DSL OR CABLE can pull it up for you REAL quick like.. lol..

I got $5200, but I did that jackson Hewitt Rapid Refund shit. Cost about $300, but it wasx worth it to get my scritch the next day. I am gettin $300 from the state, so it kinda just evened out!!!
