After much anticipation, the new-look Warriors will open the 2010-11 season against the Houston Rockets tonight at Oracle Arena!

Undrafted rookie Jeff Adrien -- the undersized power forward who won over many fans with his bruising style -- was signed to a non-guaranteed contract. The Warriors decided to keep Adrien around instead of keeping that last roster spot open. "We've taken 15 spots for right now," general manager Larry Riley said after Monday's practice. "Jeff is on our roster. We think he's earned an opportunity to stay with us. Having said that, of course, we'll continue to search throughout the year -- whether it be this week or whether it be at the trade deadline -- we'll continue to try to find ways to improve our basketball team." YAO isnt expected to play, and we get them on a back to back after the opener with the Lakers.

This will NOT be an easy one. Rockets almost beat the defending champs on their court. They will come out heated but I think the dubs can pull this off. Let Go Warriors/Giants!!!!!

when we had harrington ya. harrington would pretty much shut yao down by bodying the fuck out of him.

the 1 time harrington didnt guard yao, yao had a beast game and dropped close to 30 or somethin like that.

we can definitely win this tho. look for ellis and lee to have big games.

I was about to go to this game but fuuuck. I cannot miss the first game of the giants world series and I ain't trying to speed to the oracle after the game because imma be fuckin drunk already.

We will see what David Lee is worth tonight. Better step up to the challenge against a good team. Warriors gonna get that 8th seed at least watch

Not impressed with the W's defense but we definitely have some solid role players. Scoring has never been really the problem. Monta cant go off like this every game also
