BBM. Bring Back Mullin!
i'd like some1 better than Mullin for GM or VP, i would like to bring Mullin back tho just not for 1 of those titles. i'd like him to have some input but not quite that much power.

he does have a decent eye for talent in the draft, and he is decent at pulling some transactions, but if there isnt much available he worries me making a move just to make a move - like maggette.

then again, i'm not sure who else is available for either position. Mullin is above avg i'd say but he isnt quite 'Great' - unless u compare him to horrible guys like MJ, Isiah Thomas, Larry Bird, etc.

all that said, he is a Warriors Legend who can help this team and is better than most former players on the transaction side of things so i would like him to be in the organization.

Alex Kennedy: Multiple teams are expressing interest in restricted free agent C.J. Watson and he could sign an offer sheet as early as next week.

Devean George hopes Don Nelson stays. While we're at, George hopes to stay himself. George is a free-agent forward who reiterated Saturday he wants to re-sign with the Warriors because he loves playing for Nelson. But there is some uncertainty regarding the future of the coach after the team was sold earlier this week to Joe Lacob and Peter Guber for a record $450 million. "Yeah, I am,'' George said when asked if he's worried about whether Nelson, who has one year left on his contract, stays. "But I don't know. I just figure that (the new owners) come in, they probably maybe let him finish the year, and that will be all. I don't know. If they want to make changes, get a coach, get new people, I'm sure they might want to get everything settled first.''

George, at the NBA Summer League for what he called a vacation, told FanHouse last April he wants to re-sign this summer with the Warriors because he likes playing so much for Nelson. Nothing has changed. "We're trying to make something happen,'' George said of negotiations with Golden State. "I definitely want to go back.''

I'm happy the team finally sold... So far from what i've read the new owners seem legit and like they are dedicated to improving the team, but then again nobody buys a team and releases a statement to the fans saying "I want to continue making sure you have the worst owner in the NBA and that the team will continue to suck balls for years to come"

so i don't know... I guess we have to wait and see...

for real though, they do seem cool and it's dope to know one of the new owners was a season ticket holder for years and a local guy... better than some fuckin russian billionaire coming in and buyin the team who don't know shit...

But there still was one blast from the recent past, with forward Dorell Wright back after signing a free-agent deal last week with the Golden State Warriors. "It was definitely tough to leave, and this was the only thing I really knew," said Wright, who had spent his first six NBA seasons with the Heat. "But I'm ready to move on, and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to go out there and showcase my game."

^^In the draft?? lol no way
yeah...they'll definitely have one of the worst records this season

tell me what 14 teams you predict having a worse season?

i hope i'm wrong but this is the first year i've ever felt hopeless before the season opener

biedrins lost his fucking gall...i've seen it happen too many times in the NBA, you keep waiting for them to get the confidence back but it doesn't

with a smaller player they can switch their game up from a lane driver to a jump shot guy
but centers don't have that option, especially Biedrins

we still don't have a small forward worth of a starting role on a winning team and though I think Lee will excel even more now that he'll get to play his true position at the 4 it's not enough to save us

but, if Reggie Williams can play all season like he did the final 8 games of lastseason, he'll definitely fill that role

i heard brandon wright got ran through in his two summer league games...i hope he toughens up cus he'll be our go to bench player for the 4/5

This isn't as bumming as the Morrow trade, and at least that was a good move businesswise. But trading our best and pretty much only backup pg makes no sense unless something big is in the works.
