to a certain degree, yes, you should accept that the weak will always be preyed upon, and that they will generally be preyed upon by the stronger ones. these roles arent permanent, and sometimes you can move from being weak to strong and vice versa. im not talking just physically, but mentally, etc. most rapes are men on women, dealers prey on fiends, the government preys on you and i, the fashion industry preys on insecure bitches, thieves prey on victims, the lion preys on the gazelle, and man preys on everything. i mean i wish bambi was still alive but thats not the world we live in. and OF COURSE people should be held responsible for their actions, yet most of the people who posted already blame it on the parents! so youre pointing at the wrong guy. i never said "boo, its the parents fault". The 17 year old kid knew he was taking advantage of the younger kids, the younger kids knew they were taking advantage of the bum when they smashed a cinderblock over his face, and before he got rolled on, the bum was taking advantage of the general safety that society provides because he wasnt providing anything in return.
