Well my one and only brush with ghosts was not a fun one, My friend Kevin, he lives on about 3 acres of woods, we had made a large camp site (which is about a half mile into the woods) about 6 months ago and have had fires there and just chilled.
...Well, about 2 months ago; My friends Steve, Colin and I we were at Kevins house. We are all 16 years old...bored and watching tv, and Colin was like "lets walk into the woods to the campsite" Since we hadn't been out to the trail in a while, Me and colin went outside, grabbed a machete and steve grabbed a little hatchet, Kevin was inside grabbing some matches and newspaper for the fire. Kevin came outside and told us not to bring the weapons because the indian ghosts who live out there dont like them. We all played it off and decided to bring them cause the trail had sticker-bushes and shit. So, needless to say, we walk out to the trail with the german-shepard named Max. We get out to the campsite, sit on the logs and benches we had made back in the day, Kevin reaches in his pocket and is like "...i must of dropped the matches...we'll lets go back to the house and grab some food while we are at it"
The trail isnt very wide at all, so kevin is in front, steve is second, colin - third, and i was in the very back of the line. We didn't bring a flashlight because the moon was real bright and we knew the trail pretty well. As we are walking i yell out "LOOK AT MY NICE, SHARP MACHETE INDIANS!" kevin tells me to stop, so I do, cause he was all nervous because he has encountered them before. This bush starts shaking to me and colins left, we both stop and look at it, We are like "Max, go home...." then we see max up the trail by steve. So we look at the bush; and the trees and bushes all start shaking, just in one little area. No little animal could of caused it.
We start speed-walking up the trail to catch up with steve and kevin, then my right-arm holding the machete gets lifted up off my side. colin turned around and saw the whole thing, i thought it was stuck on a bush, so i yanked it real hard, but it felt like i was trying to pull it out of a brickwall, so i used both hands to try and pull my machete out of thin air....i let go of it completely and it fell to the ground. me and colin push steve and kevin out of the way and ran all the way back to the house and got inside and decided to have a fire a different night. I have yet to go out and pick up the machete.
