Haha....
I wouldn't worry too much.
I know I didn't.
But I will say that this happened during the darkest hours of my life.
I always had poltergeist activity around me when I was growing up and it never really bothered me. I remember as a kid that my TV would turn on and off by itself. I would set up traps for the ghost (so I thought), nothing special but I would set things to trigger some kind of signal if someone were to fuck with my TV. Coincidentally, my TV stayed fine when ever I rigged it.
I never believed in the spirit world per say, but I've always kept an open mind.
During the time that I had that trippy experience with sleep paralysis, I used to feel my bed move at night. At this point I didn't know whether it was the drugs I was taking but I am certain that something followed me to sleep every fucking night. I didn't wanna believe it at the time but my perception started changing when I started acting out in violence.
Have you ever hurt someone to the point of maybe even killing them, and found joy in doing it? I'm not talking about vengeance either, I'm talking about feeling good from hurting people.
I really felt as if something have come over me and took control of my actions. Especially since it would talk to me on a subconscious level.
I'm not going to say what was going on with me at that time because I still don't know. I know my heart rate would go up pretty high while I slept and many times I would feel my whole bed shake because of that. That's how strong the heart beat was. But I knew when it was my heart, other times I knew it wasn't me. It was probably in my head though. I used to get trippy ideas from my sleep and stuff.
I was a psychological mess back in the days.
After finally finding my peace, I don't have experiences like that anymore.
I still get sleep paralysis every now and then but it's not as often as I used to. Here's an interesting experience.
I had sleep paralysis a little over a year ago, and I felt my bed shake as I layed there stiff. This time I paid very close attention to it to make sure that it was moving. And it was....
I finally snapped out of it and fully woke up.
I couldn't explain why it felt like someone was in my bed since I live alone.
Keeping a rational mind as I always try to do, I turned on my TV and flipped it to a local channel looking for news. Well the morning news was on, and what do you know, they were reporting a small earthquake that just had taken place :cheeky:
The mind is a trip....
Real life stuff like that tends to influence your dreams, I guess it also has an affect on a half asleep half awake brain during sleep paralysis....
