So on Christmas Day I woke up at 4am with a sharp pain in my back and stomach. I got an ultrasound and it turns out I have gallstones. I have surgery tomorrow to get my gallbladder removed :ermm: Never been to hospital for anything other than to visit people let alone go under the knife. I'm not scared or anything and I do get disability from work and the state so in a way it's sort of like a vacation. :lick:

Anyone else have this so called "common" operation, which 1 million people undergo every year

Honestly surgery wasn't that bad for me. I went in kind of nervous, got hooked up to an IV chilled and watched espn. Dude told me he was going to morph me out, It was the craziest badass feeling I've ever felt. Felt like I took a 2 minute nap. Woke up and felt like I was 20 feet tall walking on stilts and was loaded for the rest of the day, I couldn't control my eyes, couldn't focus or anything lol.

It started out like a lower back pain, as if it was cold or I didn't stretch out and then my stomach started hurting in the middle and crept around my right side.

Damn I had that same sensation when I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. As soon as that IV went into my arm bam I started tripping out like a 60's psychedelic cartoon. I felt my body go inside out and everything

I shit you not, on everything, as I'm getting wheeled into the room the anesthesiologist ( I think ) was asking me how i was feeling, dude was listening to Frontline - Bang It on his radio. He asked me if the music was bothering me, i was like nah I like this, counted back from 10, got to like 7 and was out from the gas.
