^^ So what are the REP vs DEM scorecards looking like now?

Bottom line is, NJ will have a lame duck governor for 3 more months, while he protects his ass instead of doing what is right for the people.

^^ That is the consequences of being a corrupt, lying governor. But its good to know which 2 sides you're on: Democrats, and Liars.

And i thought you weren't a Democrat OR a Republican? Why would this bother you so much? Corrupt is corrupt, right? Man, you lie a whole lot.

"I lie a whole lot". My lies know no limit, tadou. I'm like the Don King of liars.

No, I am not a Republican, or a Democrat...and I honestly give two fucks. All I pointed out is, anyone in his position from any political party would do the exact same thing. You're here crying about the danger to NJ citizens and the major damage being done to the state by having a lame duck governor for three months, when in reality it is not the catastrophe you claim. Elected officials serve important positions but we have a checks and balances and distributed power system in the state legislature and state cabinet.

If California lost Arnie, or Michigan lost Ventura while he served, or Cali lost Gray Davis for 3 months, the entire state wold not turn to shit, as you are predicting. 3 months of having a generally discredited governor in the capital is not a do or die, make or break situation for a state. That idea is laughable.

@W.D.
This man squatting on the post for 3 months is a joke. You do corrupt things, you give up your privelages, period. If that means you lose your seat to one of your enemies, so be it.

Sure the Republican would. Too bad Democrats don't have the testicles to separate themselves from the pack, and do the right thing, instead of the most politically expedient, save-face thing.

Welcome to Double Standard Town! Your host, tadou, will take you on a tour of important monuments, like the "When The Republicans Do It, It's Political Common Sense" Library. Take a left turn onto "Bush Flip-Flops get Ignored" street, and catch the historical "As a Poor man, I care about the Interests of the Rich People" building. Next, we will disembark from the "Dems Must Do the Right Thing When Republicans will Win a Seat" cable car and step into the "Conservative Hip-Hop: Hurting Black people by Taking Their Money" courtyard. This concludes your trip. Thank you for coming.

As I stated before, 30 or 60 days in a lame duck post is not going to reduce the state to rubble and ashes. Obviously I give a fuck for McFaggy, like I give a fuck for New Jersey. Should he resign? Yes, if the extortion allegations are true. Will he resign before the 60-day period? No.

Are you proving anything by going holy roller about it? No. You know, as well as I do, the nature of politics. The only reason you honestly think he should resign now is the chance of a lost seat to Republicans, period. If a similar scandal happened to a conservative, you would be the first person to state that "whatever he does is the nature of politics", not "he should step down immediately", especially if he would lose an important seat to the Dems.

You still don't get it.

You're like a wife that sees a model at the supermarket, then proceeds to come home, tell her husband about the girl, slap him in the face and blurt out "You would have loved her! I bet you would have stared at her chest!"

This isn't about what "would have" happened with this party, or that party. This is about what IS happening, RIGHT NOW. And a DANGEROUS precident is being set.

Sounds like you need a slap on the face for getting so hysterical over nothing.
