my girlfriends sister is a captain on the gold rush (niners cheerleading team) and use to go out with garcia.........she said that he is a mad alcoholic and that the niners hired people to follow him to make sure he wasnt get fucked up every night, so i guess theis has been an ongoing problem.........that fool called her hella times that night from the jailhouse but she had turned her phone off.....we were straight laughin at that fool......hopefully this will be the final straw with the 9ers and let em start rattay............just thaught i share that with yall

Oh I'm sorry. Rick Mirer or Steve Stenstrom would have done so much better. The niners wouldn't have won more than 3 games a year without Garcia, and any real niners fan knows what his value is to his team. DUI's have nothing to do with it. Many player's in the NFL have gotten dui's and it hasn't affected their career(ie: Steve McNair last year or even Mike Rumph who is still on the niners roster).
