UPS is the worst fucking shipping company in the history of shipping companies.
I'm a member of Amazon Vine where I get free shit every month that I have to write reviews about... well, few months back I was excited because I got a first grade Hooked On Phonics kit thats normally $100 for my daughter, along with a 50 pack of Bluray DVD-R's... so they sent the shit, two separate packages both by UPS... scheduled to be delivered the same day... so we're waitin around all day, motherfucker never shows up, check online and it says DELIVERED for the status for both, call UPS and they're all like "well they're marked as delivered so theres nothing we can do for you." I'm like why the fuck didnt they require a signature? She spewed some shit about there wasnt one required, but if I'd like I can require all future packages delivered to my address to be signed for, & she said she'd put a note in the system for it... So, I was fucked, never got the shit & Amazon refused to pursue it further. Ended up buyin the program for my daughter since I promised her it was coming. Then last month we couldn't be home the day we were supposed to get our packages, so I'm thinkin they'd redeliver the next day since signature would be required. Nope, they just threw the shit on my porch where any of the fuckers around here coulda snatched it up while it was sittin there for hours. Call UPS again, ask why I was lied to, & the supervisor is like 'well that's not our protocol to require signatures for certain addresses so I don't know what to tell you.' I told the bitch to go fuck herself.
