i used to work at fed-ex so i know first hand that packages get stolen by the employees all the time, i seen alotta thievery, even one of the managers was jackin packages when i was workin at fed-ex. i remember i-pods got stolen most of the time.

Sorry bro, your fucked. Ive had 2 packages shipped to me... A intercooler for a civic and a box full of ladies rocka wear cloths.... To me, that was a come up and I kept em. Ups came back over and I just denied getting them. They probably sent them to some fucked up person like me.

the only reason we would knock was if it asked for a signature

Really bitch, I know, that is exactly why I am calling because it was not delivered even though it says it has been.

Ask them to see your signature, otherwise if they can't provide evidence you signed for it... they are in the shit.

It pisses me off since I deal with fedex and UPS daily at my work, and when I get shit I have to sign for it. WTF

LMFAO I actually just got a call from them a few minutes after my last post. It was from a restricted number so like normal I dump it to voicemail. Some guy says that the driver thinks he may have dropped it off at a bulk dropoff by accident and he will recover my package first thing in the morning. Dude mentioned the driver knows he did not stop by my house which is great on my part. Dude sounded professional and I am glad my shit will be resolved. I still got the VM so they can't go back on nothing now.

I've had the same exact experience. I tracked the package on their website, and it said that it was delivered and left at my door. I called to notify them of their mistake, and within an hour or two, they tracked the driver and delivered my package. Hopefully, you'll get your package tomorrow.

I'm surprised they called me this late which gives me some confidence in their sense of urgency. I was really about to lose it, but I know that shit happens. Yesterday I got another shipment and one of the parts was wrong, so I had to reorder and have it sent on 2 day shipping. I ordered it on 3/1 early in the morning, with 2 day shipping and it won't arrive till the 4th, the day I need it. It's going to be a fucking hectic day I swear. I have to do a photoshoot for my folks but its not just point and shoot shit. We are having cars and models and shit like that so all this small shit is just adding up. Now I just got to worry about the fucking weather.

Usually when that happens and its a crucial order i just ask if I can pick it up at the nearest hub. I show em my ID, get my package and be out.
