When I was released from this last accident in January they told me I had to give up running and do air squats

I am not a homo therefore I will not be doing air squats and I will continue to run until I no longer physically am able to.

Wendy's food has fell off but I got the honey biscuit a few days ago it was good but wish they just had a regular flavor one
