That's awesome dude. I got the same fitness goals as you. But, I doubt I'm as hardcore at it. I lost a lot of weight just from my job and gained muscle that way too. Started working out in the gym in my building. I'm a move out this building soon though. I don't want to live in an apartment anymore.
Consistency is the main thing that really matters. You can get pretty far just being consistent and you don't even have to really pay attention to what you're eating when you're really active. You kind of naturally eat more when your body demands more. But yeah apartment living sucks, you can kind of fall into this rhythem of just working to live. I think quitting weed a couple years ago was tremendously beneficial to me... I'm not going to smoke again until I either have a career and I'm satisfied with where I'm at, or I own a house. I've been drinking now and then (obviously lol), but without weed it really is almost nothing at all. I sober up so quickly and can go through long periods of time it doesn't even seem appealing. As far as working out goes I don't think I'm really hardcore at it..,. I just think doing at least something is far better than nothing... and it accumulates over time.
I'm really eyeing this new years and am hoping I can get a boost of motivation. But if motivation doesn't come, I'll just try and keep things going and with discipline the motivation will eventually come
Hell yeah

... smoking fucking sucks. It's such a lame habit. It's not even satisfying and it's just utterly ridiculous
