Come to think of it my left shoulder kind of drops on those last couple of failed reps for a few different exercises. Probably a really bad idea to force those last few, probably doing some kind of joint or ligament or tendon damage or some shit that's catching up.

didn't you mess up your shoulder lifting? How'd it happen, like a sudden thing because of a bad movement or was it cumulative?
Been out of the gym for over a year now, just trying to get it fixed so I can get back into weights.
