Goddamn left shoulder hurts... I dunno if I've been overworking it and I should back off or if it's just a cramp or tweak because I was pretty dehydrated or a combination of both. Or a really long lasting burning painful pump. I guess I'll just go really light on everything and make sure my form is perfect and see

Come to think of it my left shoulder kind of drops on those last couple of failed reps for a few different exercises. Probably a really bad idea to force those last few, probably doing some kind of joint or ligament or tendon damage or some shit that's catching up.

RemyRoux @RemyRoux didn't you mess up your shoulder lifting? How'd it happen, like a sudden thing because of a bad movement or was it cumulative?
