I was smashing a whole food plant based diet for about 3 months with nothing processed & no meat or dairy & only water to drink.... and I fell off the wagon. Starting over today. It’s crazy how much dark greens , veggies , & legumes/beans I can put down without feeling stuffed.

Trying to upload a pic of this book called “how not to die” . There’s a lot of objective information/research on food related health issues from both western /eastern diets.

For some reason it keeps telling me the files too big & I’m not savvy nuff to figure it out rn
