Well I have a November birthday, so technically i was like, 10 months ahead of most peoples birthdays. I don't think I was 5'9 Id have to dig out my elementary school immunization cards maybe it was 5'6. I don't think I even have those my grandma probably has them in a box somewhere

nevermind I dug out my immunization card and there wasn't weight on there; it was the one for 86-90 though the elementary school one with the hearing and vision tests and stuff would have weight on it
Mac Jesus @Mac Jesus probably looked it up and has it saved somewhere waiting to reference it at some random time

And you think losing that much weight is easy and just came down to popping some pills? Those only slightly help and only for the first two weeks, they don't help at all anymore in terms of hunger suppression all they do is burn an extra 100-200 calories a night if I walk heavily. well good for u still but you act like only professional athletes can have muscle that decieves the bmi scale. i alone have a couple friends who fall in the same boat and definitely not athletes.

it isnt applicable to me, the most ive ever been over normal weight according to bmi is by 5lbs. so yeah while it is good as a rule of thumb it isnt the end all be all when it barely accounts for the fact that muscle ways more than fat.

You live in Canada you can just buy Ephedrine over the counter gimmefreemusic @gimmefreemusic buy some, they sell them in 8mg tablets over there, take 3 at at time for 24mg total stack it with 200mg caffeine and 81mg aspirin. Guarantee that cut you're doing will go a lot easier for you

gimmefreemusic @gimmefreemusic I agree the SCULPIT or whatever is an excellent tool for measuring bodyfat percentage and is comparable to a DEXA scan
