That happens to me sometimes too but thankfully not too often. I generally take 30-60 minutes to fall asleep once I lay down no matter what though unless I'm worn out and/or got little sleep the prior night.

I can usually fall asleep fast cause I use earplugs and one of those gay sleep masks. Like under 5 mins fast

Unless I'm stoned then it takes 1-2 hrs

Gonna probably just buy a better one for the living room when they go on sale online in the next month or so and then move the one that no longer osculates in there.

I used to be like this except ganja lets me sleep without thinking about crap.

If I'm sober I just put on reruns of a tv show, the tv drowns out my thinking and because ive seen the episodes they don't keep me up.
