The question is impossible to answer unless you broke down every single job in the state, and even then you'd have to break down every separate location, every separate management crew, break down the jobs that adhere to federal law and separate the ones within that choose to look the other way; in general government or federal implies they still adhere to federal guideline, and low skill entry level jobs don't give a shit what you do after an initial drug screening, because most jobs still screen for harder drugs

Who are "they"? This is an at will state. An employer can fire you at any time for any reason, as long as it's not illegal, or for no reason.

"Employee had difficulty concentrating and was slow with his tasks. Employee also generated complaints about an unidentified odor." Or a million other reasons to can you if they want to

They could fire you for weed and say that you were using illegal drugs. Good luck with the "nah bruh it's legal bro" defense 😂🤣

Good luck taking that to the supreme court. Federal law trumps state laws. The DEA could literally start raiding "legal" retail stores right this moment if they wanted to. They don't because they like the tax money and it's mostly a waste of resources and would be perceived negatively by the general public. Shit... they're probably still raiding grow operations and weed places in California today I would wager
