I don't like PBR not cause it's popular to hate on cause of hipsters but cause it tastes like Busch that's been sitting too long with a hint of Keystone ice
Don't think I've ever heard that Marilyn Manson song I'll check it out. Creep is a great song and Core is a solid album. APC's catalog basically rules in it's entirety.
Speaking of Maynard when I was at QFC getting the booze a couple hours ago they were playing
and I thought I was hearing things because the intercom speakers in there are low and kinda muffled but nah they were. Pretty sure they had it on 107.7 or something seeing it was late at night and weren't playing the usual corporate approved prerecorded grocery store mix cds or whatever is usually getting played.
Not really digging the Marilyn Manson or Pink Floyd tracks (only got 3 minutes into that 17 minute opus). Can't say I've ever been a fan of either though honestly. Marilyn sounds sorta like he's doing a Layne Stanley impression at points when he sings. Wonder if he was an influence on him?
All the other tracks are great but I've heard them before. Thanks though man!
I mostly just like the drumming and the bass guitar work in that marilyn manson song, and the lyrics and bursts of guitar solos in that pink floyd song
For as much as I listen to pink floyd i wouldn't call myself a true fan. There's some really good songs but overall it's just too soft and a lot of the guitar work is a little too high pitched for my tastes. I keep listening to it though cause it's relaxing and good from a technical standpoint.
