i dunno man... I dunno about that video. When he suggested to pack all that meat together and it become like a nasty mush that's when burgers are gnarly as fuck. I always like to keep the meat as loosely packed as possible. He basically turned that good meat into the same texture as that shit that comes in those plastic tubes lol.
tastes way better when loosely packed, theres way way more surface area and all those nooks and crannies get crusted as the fat melts and shit tastes way way better, and has way better texture. id rather just eat a burger than something all packed together like a steak lol wtf
