Why does it seem like Freddie Roach's fighters are always fighting people who are coming down in weight to fight Roach's fighters? Next up here in the bay he's got Ana Julaton fighting in Richmond today who's fighting a woman coming down from 130 to 122 to fight for Julaton's title. Whats up with that?

Plus when it comes to the woman fight game there opponents are sometimes few and far between and if they want to fight it is common for them to weigh in at slightly different weights for different fights.

i got the info on Ana's opponent from an interview on csnbayarea.com. Ana herself said what I posted about her opponent coming down from 130. It wasnt a big deal until she mentioned Roach was training her. Filipino fighters shouldnt aspire to be Manny P as he's a fraud. They should be ashamed of him and his trainer.

Yeah what kind of chump would want to aspire to be an ATG in a sport littered with history, a multi millionaire, and a hero to an entire country.

maybe she meant she used to fight at 130 pounds, which she did. her last fight was at 123 pounds.

this just shows you're a moron and a hater. first off, pac has accomplished more then 98% of active fighters in the sport today but that goes without saying. Second, who cares if roach trains her what does that have to do with pacquiao? Roach trains hundreds of people. The guy has lived and breathed boxing his entire life 24/7, he's trained many of the greats of our era, of all races. People from MMA and other sports see him for a reason. The Wildcard gym is constantly packed full of fighters

2 0 sixx is the official Manny P cheerleader of the siccness I guess.
so is this a thread criticizing freddie roach or pacquiao which one is it?

I'm simply defending Roach who is a great asset to the sport and pointing out how stupid your post is. There are few people who invest as much of their lives into boxing as roach has and quite frankly boxing needs more people like him.
