Just trying to get your feedback on FREAKO, of the Super Natural Ghetto Starz outta Pittsburg, California. I'm listening to his album "Story of a Young G-Life As a General" It's hot, got some real life on it. But did you know Freako(KING)-Fred Gaines??? Well I knew him since 6th grade. We went to Central Junior High School. We lined up close to each other in Gym class. He was a skinny dude. About my height, 5'6"-5'7"He was considered cool, he hung with his crew, we always had a simple cool relationship. Always said what's up. Then came Pittsburg High School, he was there, I don't know how many years, but we started there together. We had some dank n drank sessions in the 11th grade, here and there. Then it wasn't until I started working for Xplosive Magazine and did an interview with The Ghetto Starz in one of our past issues. We meet again. It was lovely, we had a great time doing the interview, Me, Scoob Nitty-another cat I grew up with at school, Dubb 20, my nig know, and Uzi(no longer with the group). It was one of my most personal interviews. I kept Freako's number. We talked off and on for months. We talked about his career, his future, and how I wanted to help him with his music. We meet once at the Fairfield Mall. We smoked big Weed, talked-like real muthafuckas do. That was the last time I saw him.....
