check it, go like ur going to send a text message and go to create a message, and go to multi media messages. then click the middle options button , and go to insert, then go to voice recorder, from there hit up whatever mp3 off ur stereo and record it for up 2 20 seconds.... so far i got duke (fuck me, no fuck you) hollow tip and luni (crip party) mr kee (the bay intro) yukmouth (first diss 2 game) and keak da sneak (supry hyphy). i wanted to put romped out norteno, but the sounds of the song are to loud and the lyrics are to low.. i dont know how to make them better quality but whatever. it aint no 5 bucks for each song tho lol so its cool

V551 supports Bluetooth so if u serious bout ur ringtones u can cop a $20 USB "dongle" adapter and make the shit on the computer using whatever program u want (thers a bunch of free ones online) n then send it wirelessly with Bluetooth. then u wont have the shitty quality that you're def gonna get with recording.

you can download free software that will let you chop up any song (in mp3 format). once you have your ringtone find a website that will host, click on properties for the song you want, copy and paste into a text message. send that to your phone. once you get the text msg, click on the options button (on the moto v300 you select Go To) it will start downloading, then save to your phone.

you dont have to buy anything. and if you dont wanna chop ip your own song or cant find a site to host, go to Walmart.com or try other music sites that give snippets in mp3 format, you can send those to your phone the same way.
