Yeah, he's cool but not that tight... kinda sounds like a cross between Kanye and Common... I thought he was really jockin Kanye on his first single.

No doubt, I give Drake credit for his musical talent. I like a few of his songs. He's better than 80 percent of everything else out now.

HOWEVER.

The boy is from TORONTO CANADA, shouts out Degrassi, and tries to portray a thug attitude. He walks around and raps like a kid being pushed around in a lunch line, and obviously doesn't have style.

I'll listen to his music, but he just don't seem like my type of people.

Dude is nice. He's gonna be around for a bit...I think it's funny how people can't make up their minds. A few years back it was "everybody raps about thuggin, jewelry, hoes, etc...we wanna hear something different". Then guys like Drake, Kid Cudi, Lupe and Kanye who are doing something different get the green light...everybody hates or denies their talent. Not saying dude is the illest ever but he's probably the top 5 in the 00's.

You could have posted WAY better songs to convince people that Drake is dope, which he def. is in my opinion. Some of these fools won't listen to a dude based on image alone, that's gay, I don;t care if he aint 'gangsta' or 'from the ghetto' if dude can spit he can spit, period

If he worre baggy shit, had cornrows and basically was like the other 34374 wack rappers out there at least 3-4 folks in this thread would be feeling him
