las vegas grows by the month. thats what i mean....and everytime i go back its more mainey than the last time..

YA OVER THERE BY THE TEXAS STATION THE NAKED CITY AND 18ST GANG ARE OUT THERE THEY BE MAKIN THE HOODS GHETTO, THEY SAID BACK IN LIKE 2004 THAT THEY WERE GONNA STOP BUILDING HOMES CUZ ITS GETTING TO CROWDED, WELL I GUESS NOT CUZ I STILL SEE NEW HOMES GETTIN BUILT OUT IN THE SOUTHWEST AND NORTHWEST, I PREDICT BY 2030 VEGAS WILL NOT BE A DESERT NOMORE...ALL THE WHITE RICH FOLKS GONNA MOVE MORE OUTTA THE CITY AND LEAVE THE POOR IN THE CITY ITS JUST SAD, I ALSO HEARD THAT 70 PEOPLE MOVE TO VEGAS EVERYDAY BUT IDK IF I CAN BELIEVE THAT
live work lofts are on van ness, but i was in a dormitory for art school.

ps: nothing in that area is cheap.
you can find some shit cheap in china town, if you dont mind community baths and living above strip clubs.
the only thing cheap near downtown is tenderloin, and chances are you will live in a real fucked up spot if you go that route. maybe look in SOMA (south of market) you might be able to find something moderately cheap outside of the business district
the best places ive noted to live in in sf are sunset/outer sunset, richmond/outer richmond, and around divisadero.

Yea those are good spots. my friend lives south of market with his dad for hella cheap. they got 2 apartments and he has the whole top part to himself. it's in an alley near 9th a few blocks south of market. someone else i kno lives on golden gate & divis. supposedly that's nice. that's a good location too
