You have to think about who is passing out the checks and running the major labels and distribution companies. When you look at it from that angle then you can see why rap has become less relivant in making people aware of real life situations and underminding education. I know people in Richmond that know them and they peoples and educated they are, but study they history and back grounds...they ain't L7, their just smart enough to do the right thing.

How could anyone even argue and say that Fronlinte didn't play a part in bringing the Bay back. Does anyone remember "WHAT IS IT"? That was one of the first bay songs to get major radio play and bring the spotlight back to bay artists..
